I prefer a Corrupted Strength build. Wouldn't know if it's the best, but it has worked fine against all bosses I've fought. 20 Str (19 Corrupt). 20 Vit (Either 9 or 19 Corrupt), I prefer 19 for immunity to poison, bleed etc, but some people really like "Fast Healer". 10 Aut (10 Corrupt) I brought 3 zombies purely to act as disposable.
